By accessing and using Kanhaji ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

• Kanhaji operates exclusively within Japan
• All products and services are available for delivery to addresses within Japan's 47 prefectures only
• We do not accept or process orders for international delivery
• All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (¥) and include applicable consumption tax (消費税)

• You must provide accurate and current account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

• Use the platform for lawful personal shopping purposes only
• Do not attempt to circumvent security systems or access restricted areas
• Do not use automated bots, scrapers, or data harvesting tools
• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

All content on this platform — including text, logos, images, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Kanhaji or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

• All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise stated
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors
• Promotional prices are valid only for specified periods

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanhaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or profit.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

• This platform operates in compliance with Japan's Specified Commercial Transaction Act (特定商取引法, Tokushoho)
• Business operator details and transaction conditions are disclosed as required by law
• Consumer rights under Japanese consumer protection law are fully respected
